Honesty, not just selling

My husband and I met with Melissa to discuss a long term care policy which we have had for about 10 years. We wanted to see if "we could do better," and Melissa advised us to keep what we have as it is more complete than what we could purchase now..and for a higher price. We appreciated her honesty. She was there to help, not just sell us her product. We'll be going back when it's time for purchasing secondary insurance on Medicare ! She has a wealth of insurance knowledge .
