Pleasant experience!

Melissa Barnickel made the purchase of my long term care insurance a pleasant experience!  She was very kind and really took the time to explain and answer all my concerns/questions that myself and my son had.  Quickly responded when I emailed her, was always there for me.  I truly appreciate all she and her office staff did to make this process as easy as possible.
