Great Customer Service

Melissa has been terrific helping me with my health care choices.  She came highly recommended to me three years ago and has been assisting me since then.  She always takes her time with me.  I’m not very tech savvy and Melissa has lots of patience!  I feel that she really cares about me making the correct decisions.  Recently she was helping me at 10:00 on a Saturday night because I had a decision that needed to be made by Sunday!!

Melissa has great customer service skills and is very pleasant and easy to work with.  I highly recommend her.
